I am developing a taste for this kind of unusual titles. Do you like them as much as I do, I really hope so.
And now on with the newzz: do you remember when I said Piccole Inutilità Quotidiane was about to come home? It did come but then departed again, for an exhibit in Turin at the MIIT museum. If you happen to be in Turin from today until the end of the month you can go and say Hi, and take a picture or two. I am so happy and honored: it is my first time ever in a museum.
And so it ends the geography class.
Literature class begins with a bunch of poems, a publisher, and myself doing something brave: submitting my portfolio to see if I could work as a book illustrator. I wrote and the publisher answered and now I am working on this collection:
Yes, that is one of my girls. She is holding her “lucky moon” like a balloon. I am drawing/painting interesting stuff: birds, fruits, happiness, rain, love, mother, time. Poems are by Margherita Mensi (I would like to know her, maybe I could ask for an email address). We will hit Italian bookstores in autumn under EDICOLORS Joy Division label. And now a little tease…
